TO: art creators,

I am teaching an adult art camp at the Jung Center in June and want to let you know. I will be team teaching with Lisa Qualls (we did this successfully last summer in her studio). We're hoping to reach a larger audience with our personalized demonstration and teaching processes. Some new techniques will include printing with gelatin plate and making handmade paper to use in finished projects. We're hoping to squeeze in one mini fieldtrip to the MFA or CAMH.

I'm happy to answer any questions you might have.

Buried Cloths - This series was created during an artist residency in July 2005, when I lived in a 100 year old Victorian Cottage in Vallejo, 20 miles from the birthplace of my father, and my ancestral home, near Napa. My great grandparents had deeded a portion of their property to Napa County in the 1800's for use as a cemetery. In July 2004 I buried my father there, near his childhood home in the Redwood Family Cemetery.
